Discover Epsilon Resto Bar

If you’re strolling along Limassol Marina and follow the curve toward M29Q+RHV, Limassol Marina St, Limassol 3014, Cyprus, you’ll find Epsilon Resto Bar sitting right on the waterfront, where the yachts gleam under the sun and the Mediterranean breeze does half the mood-setting for you. I’ve visited more than once-once for a relaxed lunch after meetings in the marina area, and another time for a late dinner with friends-and each visit had its own rhythm, yet the same polished consistency.

The first thing you notice is the setting. The terrace opens directly toward the sea, and timing your reservation around sunset genuinely changes the entire experience. According to data from the Cyprus Tourism Organisation, Limassol Marina is one of the island’s premium lifestyle destinations, and you can feel that upscale energy here. The crowd is a mix of locals celebrating birthdays, couples on date nights, and international visitors who’ve read glowing reviews online and want a taste of modern Mediterranean dining.

The menu leans toward Mediterranean and international fusion, with an emphasis on fresh seafood, quality meats, and carefully balanced cocktails. On my last visit, I tried the grilled sea bass, which arrived perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside. The plating was thoughtful but not overdone-elegant without being intimidating. A friend ordered a ribeye steak cooked medium rare, and it came out exactly as requested, which might sound simple, but as anyone who dines out frequently knows, precision in cooking temperature is a real test of a kitchen’s discipline.

What stands out is the process behind the scenes. I once spoke briefly with a staff member who explained how they prioritize daily sourcing for seafood, depending on availability and season. This approach aligns with research from the Food and Agriculture Organization about the importance of seasonal sourcing for both flavor and sustainability. You can taste that difference. The calamari, for example, wasn’t rubbery or overly battered; it was lightly fried, fresh, and served with a balanced aioli that didn’t overpower the dish.

Cocktails are another strong point. The bar team doesn’t just mix drinks-they build them. Watching the bartenders measure, shake, and garnish with precision reminded me of the craft cocktail standards set by the International Bartenders Association. I tried a signature gin-based cocktail with citrus notes and fresh herbs, and it paired effortlessly with the salty sea air and the marina view. If you prefer wine, the list includes a solid selection of Cypriot labels alongside well-known international producers, offering something for both curious explorers and classic drinkers.

Service deserves its own mention. In my experience, attentive service can elevate an average restaurant, while poor service can sink even the best kitchen. Here, the staff strikes that sweet spot between professional and relaxed. During a busy Friday night, our server managed multiple tables but never rushed us. Plates were cleared smoothly, water glasses refilled without asking, and menu questions answered with genuine knowledge. That kind of training doesn’t happen by accident; it reflects management standards and consistent oversight.

Reviews across various travel platforms often highlight the ambiance and location as key reasons for repeat visits, and I agree. However, it’s worth noting that prices are on the higher end compared to casual tavernas in Limassol. You’re paying for the marina location, the view, and the refined dining atmosphere. For some, that’s exactly the point; for others, it may be reserved for special occasions rather than everyday dining.

In terms of accessibility, the location along Limassol Marina St makes it easy to combine dinner with a waterfront walk. Parking in the marina area is generally straightforward, though during peak tourist months it can take a little patience. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends.

Overall, the combination of carefully curated menu options, prime location, and consistent service makes this spot more than just another seaside restaurant. It feels intentional. Every detail-from the way dishes are plated to how the staff handles a full house-reflects experience and control. And when you’re sitting there with the marina lights reflecting off the water, fork in hand and glass raised, it’s easy to see why so many diners keep coming back.

  • Great restaurant with nice views of the marina. Nice ambiance and great service. Had a few starters which were salads, sushi, tuna in a crusted wrap and sea bass ceviche all of which were great. As a main I had a fillet steak which was on par with what you would get in a steak house. Service was very good.

  • Epsilo Resto Bar — Undoubtedly one of Limassol’s finest gems. The interior design is a masterpiece, blending modern elegance with warm ambiance. The food continues to exceed expectations with every visit, while the staff stand out for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. A must-visit destination for anyone seeking a truly elevated dining experience.

  • Great place, friendly staff, delicious food, one of the best restaurants in the Limassol Marina with a great DJ that lifts the mood. The only negative is that it is a bit expensive.

  • The food was tasty and fresh. The cocktails were nice (for the cocktail menu you need a phone and check it online - Wi-Fi was available, although my phone was dying and it was inconvenient for me, also I prefer a physical menu). Lovely atmosphere and a gorgeous view. Friendly and professional staff.

  • Impeccable service, clean and modern atmosphere, OK cuisine. We tried their sushi which was just alright but really nothing extraordinary, we would expect more for the price. I also don't like breadcrumbs and mayo on the sushi at all. Their white fish on the grill was really good on the other hand.

  • I really do love this restaurant. It was a change of palate for my group as we had been eating a lot of local Cypriot food. We had a mix of Japanese food, fish, soups and more. In terms of ambience, it's lively, yet not too noisy. It has a modern feel and you get a good view of catamarans and yachts bobbing about on the sea. It is a must-return restaurant.
